Glimmer Getaways LLC is a short-term rental services company based in sunny Florida. We offer direct booking services to guests at a variety of beautiful short term rentals. Once a guest is ready to reserve, we confirm their dates and may offer flexible payment options: they can pay the full balance upfront, split the total into multiple payments with no added fees, or place a 15% deposit to secure their stay and pay the remaining balance closer to check-in.
We also provide short-term rental property management services to homeowners. Property owners are charged an initial setup fee to get their home guest-ready, followed by a monthly management fee billed once per month. We do not perform licensed real estate services such as lease negotiation or sales.
