Glimmer Getaways provides short-term rental co-hosting, listing optimization, guest communication management, and hospitality coordination services for property owners operating short-term rentals.

Our services may include listing optimization, pricing strategy support, guest messaging management, reservation coordination, operational oversight, and guest experience support.

For properties under management, Glimmer Getaways may act as a co-host or operational partner pursuant to a separate written agreement with the property owner. Specific services, responsibilities, and compensation structures are outlined within individual co-hosting or service agreements.

Glimmer Getaways does not own, lease, or sell real estate and is not a real estate brokerage. All property reservations and occupancy agreements are made directly between guests and property owners through the booking platform used for the reservation (such as Airbnb) unless otherwise specified in writing.

Payments for property reservations are processed through the booking platform. For property owners engaging Glimmer Getaways services, certain setup or consulting fees may be paid directly to Glimmer Getaways prior to the start of services as outlined in the applicable service agreement.

Glimmer Getaways coordinates communication and operational logistics but is not responsible for the physical condition of properties or the actions, omissions, or services provided by property owners, guests, vendors, or third-party service providers.

All services are provided subject to availability and the terms outlined in applicable service agreements.

By using this website or engaging the services of Glimmer Getaways, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Glimmer Getaways reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Glimmer Getaways provides coordination, operational support, and co-hosting services for short-term rental properties but does not own, control, or maintain the properties listed on booking platforms. Property owners remain fully responsible for the condition, safety, maintenance, legal compliance, insurance coverage, and operation of their property.

Glimmer Getaways shall not be liable for property damage, personal injury, loss, theft, accidents, or other issues arising from the use of a property, actions of guests, property owners, or third-party vendors. Our role is limited to coordination, communication, and operational support as outlined in applicable service agreements.
